A Personalized Approach to Real Estate
I’ve worked in real estate long enough to know that buying or selling a home is rarely just about the house. Most clients arrive during a transition, whether a new job, a growing family, or an important life change, and my role is to bring structure and clarity to a process that can otherwise feel overwhelming.
Early in my career, I worked behind the scenes supporting two of the region’s top producing teams in roles ranging from listing and transaction coordination to training and marketing leadership. That experience gave me a comprehensive understanding of how many moving parts must align for buyers and sellers alike. With more than a decade of industry experience, that foundation continues to shape how I serve clients today.
I’m known for a personalized approach to marketing and strategy, building thoughtful plans tailored to each client rather than relying on templates. Just as important is client education. Real estate moves quickly and comes with unfamiliar language and high stakes decisions, so I prioritize clear communication and steady guidance to help clients feel confident from start to finish.
Challenges are a natural part of the process. Appraisals shift, inspections reveal surprises, and financing can require creative solutions. My role is to meet those moments head on, problem solve strategically, and guide clients through each step so obstacles become part of the journey rather than the end of it. Over time, I have learned that persistence, preparation, and timing have a way of bringing the right outcomes together.
Outside of real estate, life is rooted here in Port Orchard. You will usually find me cheering from the sidelines at soccer games and cheer competitions, loving on my herd of animals, grabbing an iced coffee at Café Elite, or exploring the Manchester and Poulsbo waterfronts. These everyday moments remind me that home is more than a property. It is where life unfolds and memories are made.
